SUMMARY of GREENWOOD CHSL I40m3/Day BORE WELL WATER, TREATMENT WITH – AQUASTAB WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM INSTALLATION

Information Provided

1. There are two bore wells having water with bacterial contamination
2. The water will be used as makeup water to be added in the underground tank.
3. The water will be used for drinking.
4. Water to be treated is Approx.50, 000 liters per day.

Recommended Solution

According to the results of the test reports and the physical parameters of water observed, there are only two major parameters that need to be controlled to make the water safe before it is added into the TMC water tank 1) Bacterial contamination, 2) Suspended particles. The other parameters do not multiply like bacteria get diluted in the process of addition in the TMC water hence come under the permissible limit.

State of Art Disc filter is provided for removing the suspended particles as follows:
❖ A State of Art Disc filter unit will installed on the output line of the bore well.
❖ It is a very compact system of filtration and can filter Suspended particles Upto 80 microns.
❖ The filter needs to be cleaned on regular basis (once in a week) manually hence saves water usually spend on back wash.
❖ The State of Art Disc filter saves space which is usually occupied by large filters.
❖ AQUASTAB Aqua Balance Chlorine Dioxide (ABCD) Treatment for Bacterial contamination as follows:
❖ AQUASTAB ABCD is chlorine dioxide in a liquid formulation that can be dosed to the incoming water to remove the bacterial contamination.

Annual Maintenance:

Our company will refill AQUASTAB and clean disc filter as well as maintain the system for one year (visit charges applicable) Monthly bill will be submitted an per consumption of AQUASTAB We have supplied 40 liters of AQUASTAB at site already.
